find information regarding our shipping rates, policies, and the estimated time
of delivery to your location.
How much is shipping?
The shipping charge is calculated based on your zip code and the shipping method
that you choose. To determine your shipping cost, just add the items you would
like to purchase to your cart. Once you add an item to your cart, you will be
taken to the "Shopping Cart" page. On this page, you will see a "Shipping
Calculator." Enter your zip code into the shipping calculator and choose your
shipping method. The cart will then automatically update the shipping charge to
your cart.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed by 2 PM PST ship the same day.
Items received after 2 PM PST will be shipped the next business day. Please note
barebones, custom systems, and assembled items require additional time for
processing/testing. All system and barebone assemblies require a 48-72 hour
burn-in test. If an item is out of stock and expected to return to
inventory, the buyer will be contacted to either cancel the item or wait for the
item to return to inventory. In cases where the item is not expected to return
to stock, the item will be dropped from the order, placed on backorder, or
upgraded to an identical or higher-value unit. Out of stock items can
delay the delivery date so please plan accordingly and contact us with deadlines
and requirements so we may better assist you. Please note that weekends and
holidays are not shipping days and should not be used to estimate shipping
arrival times.
Which Shipping Method should I choose?
The shipping method you choose determines the
transit time of your order. UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day
Select have time-limited transit periods that guarantee an item will be received
within a certain number of business days (once shipped). The following methods
are not: UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS First Class Mail. USPS
Priority Mail shipments will typically take 3-5 Business Days, and UPS Ground
shipments will normally take 1-5 Business Days. However, due to the fact that
they do not guarantee transit periods, they may take longer depending on the
efficiency of the respective organization. Please note that once an item has
been shipped, it is no longer under our control so we can only reference the
policies of our shipping carriers. Please use the shipping transit map below as
a reference.

Which Shipping Method should I choose for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico,
or APO/FPO's?
If you are shipping to
Alaska or Hawaii, you should select UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail for the
best rates. Alaska and Hawaii can also be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS
Next Day Air. UPS 3 Day Select does not deliver to either of these locations. If
you would like your order shipped to Puerto Rico, please select USPS Priority
Mail as we do not ship outside the domestic U.S. with our UPS. If you are
shipping to a military location, please use the "APO/FPO Military Only" shipping
method on the cart page. APO's and FPO's are only shipped via the United States
Postal Service.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
If you would like your
order shipped to a P.O. Box, please choose the "USPS Priority Mail" shipping
option. UPS and Fedex do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you would like your item
shipped via UPS or Fedex, please provide a street address (Residential or
Commercial) for your order to be shipped.
Can I ship to an address that is not
registered with my credit card?
To protect our customers against fraud, we require
all addresses be registered with the credit card used to place the order. To
register an address with your credit card, all you have to do is call the number
on the back of the card and add it as an 'Alternate' address. Once that is done,
we can confirm the address with the credit card company and ship the order.
