What is the standard order cutoff time for same-day shipment?
Our order cutoff time is 1:00PM PST (4:00PM EST) for same-day shipment of an
order. Please note that custom orders or items requiring assembly (such as
systems, barebones, etc.) will take longer to ship off as they have to be built
and tested. Orders may also be delayed if there are any troubles with verifying
an order, such as an address that doesn't match the cardholder of the credit
card or an invalid contact phone number.
What shipping methods are available on ComputerCity.com?
We ship using UPS and USPS (United State Postal Service). Our UPS shipment
methods include UPS Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, Next Day, and UPS International
services. Our USPS services include USPS First Class, Priority Mail, and USPS
International services.
How long will it take me to get my order?
Once your order is shipped the transit time depends on which shipment method was
chosen. Average shipping transit times are listed below for the different
carriers we ship with to USA Based addresses:

Ground: 1-5 Business Days (Domestic USA)
UPS 3-Day Select:
1-3 Business Days (Domestic USA)
UPS 2-Day Air: 1-2 Business Days (Domestic USA)
UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business Day (Domestic USA)
USPS First Class: 2-14 Business Days (Domestic USA)
USPS Priority: 1-7 Business Days (Domestic USA)
