Returns Policy and Warranty Information
At ComputerCity.com, customer satisfaction is our first priority. On this page,
you will find information regarding item returns, exchanges, and warranty
coverage for our products. Please note that many of the products that we carry
come with additional warranty coverage directly through the item's manufacturer.

website or check your product manuals (when available).
General Warranty Policy
Purchases placed through the ComputerCity.com website, orders called into our
sales office, or items purchased at any ComputerCity location are directly
covered for the first 30-days from the invoice date. Our direct warranty
coverage protects you against any manufacturer, materials, or workmanship
defects during this period for any and all products sold by our company unless
otherwise stated at the time of purchase or described on the item description
page. Select items may also be eligible for purchased warranty upgrades,
extended warranty periods, or other warranty adjustments so please check the
item descriptions for additional details.
Returns Policy (Defective Items)
Defective items may be returned to the ComputerCity.com warehouse for a period
of up to 30 days after the invoice date. All returns must be tagged with an RMA
number on the outside of the shipping box. RMA numbers can be obtained by filing
an RMA form through our website interface. Returned items that do not have an
approved RMA number may be refused or delayed.
For returns and warranty coverage after 30 days please contact your item's
manufacturer for any additional coverage. During the 30 day period items may be
returned for either refund or exact item exchange. Refund requests for defective
items during the first 30 day period will NOT be charged a restocking fee.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are never refundable. On
defective item exchanges the customer is responsible for sending the product
back to us, and we will cover the shipping back out to the customer.
Item returns must be packaged properly to ensure proper warranty coverage. All
systems, components, and accessories must be shipped in the original packaging
materials that the item was sent out in. ComputerCity.com is not responsible for
any damage incurred during transit due to improper shipping practices.
Returns Policy (Non-Defective Items)
Non-Defective items may be returned to the ComputerCity.com warehouse for a
period of up to 30 days after the invoice date. Non-Defective item returns are
subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be tagged with an RMA number
on the outside of the shipping box. RMA numbers can be obtained by filing an RMA
form through our website interface. Returned items that do not have an approved
RMA number may be refused or delayed.
Non-Defective items may only be returned for refund less the restocking fee.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
